Earn 20% recurring commission

You earn 20% of every payment each company you refer makes to empliHR, for the first 12 months after they become a paying customer. There is no cap on the number of companies you can refer or on your total earnings.

Commissions are held for 30 days to cover refunds and chargebacks, then approved by our team and paid manually by bank transfer or PayPal. There is no minimum payout threshold.

You get a personal link such as emplihr.com/?ref=your-code. When someone visits it, we remember your code in their browser for 30 days. If that visitor registers a company in that window, the company is attributed to you. The first referrer wins.

No. Self-referrals, such as signing up your own company with your affiliate email, are blocked and do not earn commission.

Commissions are calculated in the currency the referred company pays in (US dollars for international customers, Sri Lankan rupees for Sri Lankan customers) and shown that way in your dashboard.

Misleading claims, spam, bidding on the empliHR brand name in paid search, and impersonating empliHR. We may void commissions and suspend accounts that break these rules.
